Many of the images the Wakeboarding Hall of Fame displays were originally published in magazines or other news channels. The Wakeboarding Hall of Fame believes, in good faith, that the use of these copyrighted materials is protected under “Fair Use.” The WHOF is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501c3 non-profit corporation with an educational classification. Images are used as a means of news reporting, research, teaching, archiving, and scholarship development.

The Wakeboarding Hall of Fame does not claim copyright to these materials and their further use by any individual, group or organization is prohibited.
